Another interesting AI use case we noticed on Threads recently is where @hazelq creates custom GPTs and Claude Projects for internal use at her marketing agency.

This way, she can easily spin up content and fulfil tasks, to streamline the workflow for that client.
Here’s the general outline she follows, which you can easily replicate if you’re an agency owner yourself:
- Make a separate Custom GPT or Claude Project for each client you handle
- Train it on the client’s industry, core values, goals, and brand voice
- Use it internally for quick tasks like:
- Outlining a website structure
- Creating a content taxonomy
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Write transactional emails (e.g to accompany invoices)
- Generate landing page content drafts
- Brainstorm social post ideas
- And more
Obviously Custom GPTs and Claude Projects are part of the Pro plans of these tools. A free alternative would be to make and prompt a single chat, and follow the same approach above. This has drawbacks in terms of collaboration, but is a way to experiment with the idea for free.
Hazel’s approach is a clever method to to handle repetitive tasks, to free up mental space for more important things. It’s not about replacing your own thinking.

One of the big problems with agency or freelance work is context-switching between clients, which this trick really helps with. Instead of spending time and cognitive load on that, the AI is always context-aware so it can give either a quick refresh or start a task immediately.
You could even take this same approach as a product manager, freelancer, or for side projects you manage. Simply follow the same for each client/product/project you manage.
